transformation tool. But even knowing that, it may still leave
you with a bewildering array of questions: How to turn the
mind into a healing tool? When to use the tools? For what
problems? Which tools work best? How do we know they
work? This workshop will draw on exciting recent research
into mindfulness practices and the modern therapeutic
applications of ancient practices.
